Another tranche of bursary money has been launched to the Queenstown Education Foundation (QEF) using the Johannesburg-primarily based Education Endowment Fund (EEF). This will help the Foundation attract and retain super skills in many of its Konami-primarily based affiliate schools.
R77,000, in general, has been offered for the same disbursement to seven candidates from special grades who applied for a QEF bursary through several affiliated colleges. The QEF was established in 2013 as an independent, nonprofit, tax-exempt agency based in Konami to attract funding and develop programs that aim to convert the city into a recognized center of instructional innovation. The basis’s modern programs consist of digitization, instructor improvement, bursary schemes, and student improvement.
It has a growing base of independent and public associate schools that it helps from its town’s numerous communities. The faculties encompass Queenstown Girls’ High School, Queen’s College Boys’ High School, Hoërskool Hangklip High School, Laerskool Hangklip, and Balmoral Girls’ Primary School. The bursaries, worth R11,000 each, cover the faculty prices of many selected recipients. Each recipient comes from a deprived heritage and holds a record of extraordinary academic overall performance.
QEF-affiliated faculties allow their pupils to take advantage of awesome training inside their network. Those people emerge as assets to the community that helped shape them upon graduation. The EEF, a non-earnings organization, manages and distributes monies raised by, amongst other matters, its fundraising event, the 1965Ride, an 850km cycle excursion among Johannesburg and Konami.
